List of jobs performed: Drywall repair, room painting, flooring installation in kitchen and bedrooms, new shower installation, replaced carpeting in two rooms and on stairs, deck post replacements, deck sanding and staining. They made sure to move or cover nearby items while working to protect them, cleaned up at the end of each day, and brought a dumpster to collect and haul away the trash and debris. "Splendid. I was referred to LHI by an acquintnance who they have done work for and who was raving about how they remodeled their bathroom. I hired them to turn an old out of shape apartment into a unit I am now renting for $1600 a month. The tiny bathroom in tgis apartment was gutted along with kitchen.
