They worked tirelessly all day to remove old concrete, lay a new pipe system, pour new concrete, install sump pump, and seals. They prepped the walls and sealed and painted with Loxon paint. Radon seals were included in the redone areas. The outside work included installation of a new underground drainage pipe with pop up exit drain. A rubber membrane was installed behind the house siding. We?ve had several days of heavy rain since the waterproofing work was completed and the basement floor and walls have remained dry. He outlined an engineering solution to invasive moisture and foundation erosion by building a sub-terainian trench around the house and inserting high quality  plastic piping to sustain a continued drain-off of the moisture. The  solution by its very nature is labor intensive and I thought that the price of approximately $3500 was reasonable. I currently do not have this problem so awhile. If i had water in my basement, I don't think I would hesitate.
