"Zoom Drain was great !! Everything was explained by Rob on Friday when he came out. Service was provided the day we called due to hearing gurgleing in the kitchen sink when the toilet was flushed. Rob found a blockage in the drain box outside our house which he cleared. On Sunday we found that we were still having some brief water backup into our basement laundry tub when the bathroom toilet was flushed, Kyle came out that afternoon and determined that part of the issue was that the Municipal Sanitary Drain was running slow. Kyle even pulled the Municipal Manhole cover in the street to confirm that the water level was much higher than expected. He spent the time to make sure our drain was as clear as possible and even called our local borough office to inform them that the Municipal drain seemed to have a blockage. We saw a truck on our street this morning and were informed that a large grease plug was found in the municipal drain on the street next to ours. "Tom returned our call within 24 hours and worked around my family's schedule to come out and discuss what we had in mind. At our first meeting, which took place at our home at 6:30 on Thursday night, I knew right away that Tom was good hearted and trustworthy guy. Most importantly he listened to what we wanted and then offered suggestions to enhance our vision. You could tell how important it was to Jim that it looked right but also looked they we wanted it to look. He offered just the right amount guidance without pushing his tastes and preference for plant materials on us. Within a few days we received his quote by email,, which was actually slightly lower than expected. I asked Tom out to our house one last time to go over the design. Once again he accommodated our schedule and came out to my home on a Saturday morning. We had coffee and he took his time to explain the design. We gave a deposit up front and agreed on a start date just two weeks out. I was surprised that he would be able to fit us in so early in the season. True to his word Tom and his crew arrived to begin the work. I should add that my wife had given birth to our son just eight weeks ago, and honestly was a little nervous over the idea of being home alone with a newborn and a crew of landscapers. She quickly become very comfortable as each member of the crew was very nice and professional, just a great group of normal guys that like to do landscaping. I was able to come home from a work a little early on day two of the project and soon as I set foot in my yard, each member of the crew took a second to walk up to me, look me in the eye, introduce himself and give me a proper handshake. Outstanding! They actually made me feel as though they truly appreciated getting to work on my home. The work itself is amazing! Our looks fantastic! I can't give a better recommendation. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor. I already have plans for Tom and his crew to come back next spring and install a paved patio in my back yard!"
