They tinted the primer for best coverage of old color, two coats of paint. Instead of just touching up the baseboards as we agreed, they repainted them completely so the finish would look better. "Home Crafters completed a big project at my house in March 2012. We had a 10 foot section of a load bearing wall removed between the living room and dining room. The price quoted was very fair and competitive with the other bids I had received ($2800 for everything). They also agreed to center the opening along the wall, rather than starting at the one wall and opening up a 10 foot section that would be skewed toward one side (something that other contractors said was the only possible solution). Once the team had started, they realized that the return vents were not in the usual place, and they would need to expand the construction project to re-run the vent work. This was an additional cost to us, but Home Crafters agreed to complete that project at cost.  
I could not be happier with their work. The team was very professional and accommodating, the wall looks perfect, and I don?t have anything negative to say about Jim or his team. Even though we ran into delays, everything was completed very professionally and with great attention to detail. They even moved two outlets from the now open section of the wall to the remaining segments. I would highly recommend this group for any home construction projects. We plan to remodel our master bathroom in another year or two, and Home Crafters will definitely be our first call."
