At the end of the day, our values and craftsmanship are what make homeowners feel more like family then just another purchaser looking to have a project completed. 412 Remodeling was started based on the phrase, "If This Were My Company". Throughout my career, I always believed that in business, your customers are everything and in appreciation for the business and service they allow you to provide them, they should in return be treated with respect and loyalty. Loyalty in the sense that you will always be there for them, as you promised during their first consultation. Be there for them before, during and well after the project is completed. A commitment that you are going to give them the same service or even better you would expect for yourself or your loved one's. In any industry, your name is everything and being a yinzer myself, I know how fast word can travel. That said, when I created 412 Remodeling, LLC, I made a promise to myself, "NO MATTER WHAT, WE WILL ALWAYS CONDUCT OURSELVES IN AN ETHICAL MANNER, TAKE PRIDE IN EVERYTHING WE DO, AND ABSOLUTELY NEVER SACRIFICE QUALITY IN ORDER TO INCREASE OUR PROFIT. Not only did I want 412 Remodeling to be known for having the best quality workmanship, I also wanted to put together the best Team possible. I knew for that to happen, each person hired at 412 needed to share the same morals and passion as I did. In return for having the best, each team member who wears a 412 uniform would always be treated Fairly and most importantly with Respect. My goal was to create a work environment that allowed each team member to wake up each and every day and say, "I love my job." I wanted a place where customers smiled at the end of each project and asked their salesman to stop by sometime when they are in the neighborhood, even if to only say hello. A place that was Fair, Knowledgable, Driven and led with Heart and Soul as well as Body and Mind. Our customers will always be provided with Quality. Our Team will always be provided with Opportunity. Our Vision will always remain Clear and we will always conduct ourselves in a Professional and Ethical manner.

I have used 412 remodeling for years from replacing shingles on my roof when the tornado came through Peters a few years ago to a custom designed basement. They take the same time, care and attention to detail from large to small. I cannot recommend them enough!

First, we wanted to use 412 at the very beginning. Circumstances with the sale of the property left the final decision in the hands of the sellers, who agreed to pay for the project, so we ended up with Reich Roofing from Aliquippa. The spring experience was one of the worst of our lives. Throughout the month long ordeal littered with unprofessionalism, delays, lies and the shoddiest work imaginable, 412 kept in touch, monitored the and quot;progressand quot; of Vinny Reich and assured us that 412 would fix the myriad mistakes and laziness induced errors that Reich Roofing made on the job.

True to their word, 412 worked with us through the summer to get this project done and looking nice before it gets covered in snow in a couple months. Not only did they act based on their desire for profit and our desire for an aesthetically pleasing property, but 412 expressed a true and legitimate concern about avoiding the structural damage that was certain to result from the previous contractor. Our project got our project pushed to the front of an impressive list of clients. The personalized customer service is unmatched in the industry. I dare any company in the country to go toe to toe with 412 Remodeling in a Pepsi Challenge-esque competition. It takes a special company to do excellent work and provide top notch customer service and satisfaction.

The 412 team proved beyond any doubt, that speed does not mean cutting corners. What took the previous contractor an entire month, took 412 ten hours. That is not an exaggeration. During the installation, we were completely appraised of any and all situations. While no situations existed, we got progress reports every few hours and the owner of the company stopped by to check on the progress of the job. Our house looks great now thanks to 412, and the nightmare is finally over. We could not be any more pleased with this company without actually exploding in thanks and gratitude. I can only hope and pray that you immediately cease considering any other company perform work on your home. Don't make the same silly mistakes that resulted in our paying twice. Call 412 Remodeling the first time, and get it done right.

412 Remodeling did a professional job beyond my expectations! The attention and detail to the work needed was thoroughly explained/agreed and put in writing. I felt I had a personal consultant in talking with them. I had 4 estimates, but I have to say 412 Remodeling stood out and above the rest...in presentation, helpfulness, and professionalism. Their roofing crew worked at a steady pace, and obviously were very experienced. It was amazing to see them work together, ensuring the work went smoothly! Their efficiency was quite impressive and my old roof was removed and a complete new roof covered our home by the end of the day! And, I didn't find one nail around my grounds! I highly recommend 412 Remodeling! They are truly a "full service" company, tending to every detail (even I didn't think about)! :)

The siding material and soffit & fascia material was provided by The Home Depot, and it was installed by 412 Remodeling, LLC. From the first day Lino and his crew arrived, they were professional, courteous, and the one aspect I was most impressed with was Lino's attention to detail. He was in constant communication with me about every single thing about the job. If I had a question about anything, I received an immediate response from him.  It was very easy to talk to him and his crew about the different things involved with the job. We have a bay window area on the front of the house that he gave us a couple of different options on how it was going to be finished with the siding and let us know what he thought would be the best solution. We went with it and it turned out GORGEOUS!  I called him about different things and with questions wehever I needed to and he was always polite, courteous, and professional.  The work ethic this gentleman and his crew have is unsurpassed.

One of my new exterior lights came in with the glass cracked and I had to go to Home Depot and exchange it. Before I had a chance to even ask Lino about when I could get he or one of his crew to come back and install the new one, he said to me, "hey Mr. C, when the new light comes in, let me know and I will personally come out to your house and install it for you.  Who does that???

To sum it up, if you are looking to have any type of a construction project done, any type, material and labor, and you don't call 412 Remodeling LLC, you are making a HUGE mistake!  They are the absolute BEST and The Home Depot should considerate itself fortunate to have a company like 412 Remodeling LLC as one of their sub-contractors.

The porch roofs on our Victorian style home (built in 1902) had been in need of repair for some time and we had made the decision to replace the tin roof/box gutter combo with asphalt shingles and hanging gutters. Knowing that this was somewhat of a specialized job, I was impressed when I saw photos on the website/Facebook page of 412 Remodeling of a very similar job they had just completed. From the first time we met with Lino (owner and operator of 412 Remodeling), we were immediately put at ease. He met with us at our home and patiently answered the many questions we had. He took the necessary measurements and within 48 hours, provided us with a very reasonable and competitive estimate for the job. Within a week, the job was scheduled and despite having to deal with inclement December weather, the job was completed on schedule. Lino's team was extremely neat and efficient and Lino himself was on site to answer our questions as the job progressed. I emphasize this point because I, like many homeowners, had a lot of questions as the job progressed, and Lino handled them all with grace and professionalism. In short, he made me feel as if I was his only customer, which is much different than I've felt with other contractors over the years. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work performed by 412 Remodeling and am already planning on having them back for additional work this summer. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who wishes to have quality work done at a reasonable price with outstanding service. Thanks Lino!!!
