Based locally in the great city of Pittsburgh, it is our pleasure to say that we offer only the finest products available on the market today. As a family operated company we believe in giving our customers that personal VIP treatment they deserve. At the end of the day, our values and craftsmanship are what make homeowners feel more like family then just another purchaser looking to have a project completed. 412 Remodeling was started based on the phrase, "If This Were My Company". Throughout my career, I always believed that in business, your customers are everything and in appreciation for the business and service they allow you to provide them, they should in return be treated with respect and loyalty. Loyalty in the sense that you will always be there for them, as you promised during their first consultation. Be there for them before, during and well after the project is completed. A commitment that you are going to give them the same service or even better you would expect for yourself or your loved one's. In any industry, your name is everything and being a yinzer myself, I know how fast word can travel. That said, when I created 412 Remodeling, LLC, I made a promise to myself, "NO MATTER WHAT, WE WILL ALWAYS CONDUCT OURSELVES IN AN ETHICAL MANNER, TAKE PRIDE IN EVERYTHING WE DO, AND ABSOLUTELY NEVER SACRIFICE QUALITY IN ORDER TO INCREASE OUR PROFIT. Not only did I want 412 Remodeling to be known for having the best quality workmanship, I also wanted to put together the best Team possible. I knew for that to happen, each person hired at 412 needed to share the same morals and passion as I did. In return for having the best, each team member who wears a 412 uniform would always be treated Fairly and most importantly with Respect. My goal was to create a work environment that allowed each team member to wake up each and every day and say, "I love my job." I wanted a place where customers smiled at the end of each project and asked their salesman to stop by sometime when they are in the neighborhood, even if to only say hello. A place that was Fair, Knowledgable, Driven and led with Heart and Soul as well as Body and Mind. Our customers will always be provided with Quality. Our Team will always be provided with Opportunity. Our Vision will always remain Clear and we will always conduct ourselves in a Professional and Ethical manner.

True to their word, 412 worked with us through the summer to get this project done and looking nice before it gets covered in snow in a couple months. Not only did they act based on their desire for profit and our desire for an aesthetically pleasing property, but 412 expressed a true and legitimate concern about avoiding the structural damage that was certain to result from the previous contractor. Our project got our project pushed to the front of an impressive list of clients. The personalized customer service is unmatched in the industry. I dare any company in the country to go toe to toe with 412 Remodeling in a Pepsi Challenge-esque competition. It takes a special company to do excellent work and provide top notch customer service and satisfaction.
The 412 team proved beyond any doubt, that speed does not mean cutting corners. What took the previous contractor an entire month, took 412 ten hours. That is not an exaggeration. During the installation, we were completely appraised of any and all situations. While no situations existed, we got progress reports every few hours and the owner of the company stopped by to check on the progress of the job. Our house looks great now thanks to 412, and the nightmare is finally over. We could not be any more pleased with this company without actually exploding in thanks and gratitude. I can only hope and pray that you immediately cease considering any other company perform work on your home. Don't make the same silly mistakes that resulted in our paying twice. One of my new exterior lights came in with the glass cracked and I had to go to Home Depot and exchange it. Before I had a chance to even ask Lino about when I could get he or one of his crew to come back and install the new one, he said to me, "hey Mr. C, when the new light comes in, let me know and I will personally come out to your house and install it for you. Who does that???
To sum it up, if you are looking to have any type of a construction project done, any type, material and labor, and you don't call 412 Remodeling LLC, you are making a HUGE mistake! They are the absolute BEST and The Home Depot should considerate itself fortunate to have a company like 412 Remodeling LLC as one of their sub-contractors.
