They were friendly and went above what they had to do by saving my flowers out of my flower bed before they began digging out the space. Now he ignores our calls/texts. He promised to fixed it for months now. We paid around $18,000 for a deck that falls apart when the wind blows."

People would show up to do work and ask me questions about the job or what they should be doing (luckily I work from home and was viable to answer their questions). Work had to be done twice because they did not know what they were doing and did things for one finish but needed something different. I ended up hiring someone to finish the job because after 2 months my kitchen was still not done and the next steps were projected 2-5 weeks to complete. The new person had it done in 1 week. I also had to pick out finishes multiple times at different locations which seems a bit sketchy if you ask me."
