Would not recommend to anybody. Had a very bad experience.

The only reason why I even gave this place one star was because when Jon was coming out to look at our kitchen he was on time. After that I was told a time frame for a quote never got the quote I had to call repeatedly and left messages, then I finally get a phone call back well they lost my paperwork with all my info on it so had to start from scratch telling them exactly what I need. Then finally got a quote of $40,000.00 plus for the countertop. I called no answer left message no call back. Contacted Jon via messenger on fb he helped me by forwarding my message to Mj again nothing from her. Finally got a phone call. Well turns out that price was for two different countertops a white top and another for black top. Now mind you this is for a total remodel of my kitchen there isn’t anything in the kitchen right now. So the estimate included demolition, removal, plumbing and installation. I’ve told them repeatedly I just need the countertop n 4 in backsplash. I have our contractors who would be hooking up the plumbing. So fast forward I talked to them on Dec 4 they said ok you will get a new quote in 48 hours. I called a week later left a message and yet still no return phone call. Well Dec 13 and I have heard absolutely nothing sent them an email nope nothing. This place absolutely is horrible with communication. Oh the excuse why they didn’t call back “we were having trouble with our phone lines”. I call BS on that!!!! Oh not to mention this has been going on since Nov when they had their grand opening for their Lewisburg location so it would have been 50% off. Well I will go someplace else and pay the 100% before dealing with these people.

Bassett Kitchen and Bath did an incredible job with my new kitchen countertops and tile backsplash. The materials are beautiful, the installation was beautifully done, and the entire experience was seamless. The transformation is stunning—it truly elevated the whole space. I appreciated their communication and craftsmanship every step of the way. Couldn’t be happier! I also worked with Cori’s Furniture – Simply Unique for their incredible cabinet painting, and together, the full kitchen update feels like a dream. Highly recommend both teams if you're looking to upgrade your kitchen!

Very easy to work with. Everything was done according to my taste, as much as possible. Paige was pleasant and cooperated with my vision. Overall great job! I love my beautiful bathroom ❤️
