The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "They were extremely helpful and professional. Gary was super. He came up with some ideas that we hadn't even considered and they turned out beautifully. The installers were also terrific. They had to tear out the old kitchen, build a wall and replace a window and install the new cabinets and island. Only took 3 days. They also checked back to make sure everything was still working fine. I know you could probably  find cheaper cabinets, but not of this quality or the expert installation. Would definitely highly recommend.

The receptionist indicated to me that they would not schedule unless my husband was home to make the decisions with me. Further, after explaining the challenges with both of us being home at the same time, the receptionist indicated that I should "ask the Mr." about his availability.
Given the outdated assumptions of the roles in our house, I did not believe that this company would be a good fit for us.
