Their designer, Virginia Capone, was so helpful and patient with me as I tried to figure out what would work best for my design and budget. She helped me to feel less overwhelmed with all the decisions, and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. Some of our home renovations took longer than we had anticipated, but Eastern Surfaces was so accommodating with holding our materials for a little longer until we were ready for installation. Dennie gave me a quote over the phone and he agreed to come to my home which was an hour and a half way. We made the appointment, he arrived on time and I had a newly resurfaced sink in about 4 hours. I would hire Dennie again. He was responsive to my calls, on time and did wonderful work. He cleaned up everything perfectly. My sink looks like new!"
