I received a few estimates before this one and each one prior wanted to completely replace my gutter and guard. All I needed was a quick cleaning and repair of a broken guard panel. All Star came out with an estimate 70% cheaper and for the exact job I wanted. They were at my house the next day and everything was done in about a half hour. Overall, great job.

Working with Louie at All Star was a pleasure. The price was very competitive with other bids we got. Louie met with us several times to answer questions and go over different options for our buildings. The work was done quickly and efficiently and the workmen cleaned up immediately after installation which was important because we have little children in our preschool. Louie was very responsive to our needs and our schedules. I would recommend All Star Gutter without reservation.

I made an appointment with All Star Gutter to have them come out and look at a downspout that needs repair/possible replacement. The appointment was for between 9-12 p.m. I stayed home from work in anticipation of this appointment. When they did not show up, I called. I was told that they were "having trouble" getting to my house, whatever that means, and I should look for someone local. Total waste of my time.

Originally looking for repair solution to a tricky gutter problem involving a gap in coverage at a roof valley junction where two independent gutters at different heights (because of different height fascia boards).came together, but not completely. Mr. Caba patiently listened to my proposed solution then proposed a much better one- where he would be able to install a continuous new gutter of larger size which would both solve my problem as well as another one involving a problematically placed downspout. Moreover, the cost was very reasonable, about the same as an attempted repair on my old gutters, and with a much better outcome. I would repeat that the cost was quite low compared to what I had researched as the average cost per foot of new gutter installation.

Met with the Owner. He was on time and knowledgeable for the estimate. Due to the slope of my roof, there were several concerns he brought to my attention. Explained that I did not need the entire gutter system replaced. Provided fair price for replacement sections and cleaning of the other sections. He called the day of install to let me know his guys were on the way. The 3 man team was very professional and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend All Star Gutter

Our experience with All Star could not have gone better. They got the work done within two days of their quote, did excellent work in replacing and repairing gutters - and even did more than they were asked to do with cleaning gutters and fixing downspouts. Eric was in contact all the time, never pressured. Explained me what he will do, made some excellent suggestions and gave me very competitive rates. on the day of the installation, the crew informed me of the approximate arrival time, confirmed and got to work and completed to my Satisfaction. Cleaned up well and cleared all debris. With 2 year labor and 20 year materials warranty, hoping this will last for a while.

These guys are awful. They did a horrible job , I had a lot of spots that were leaking the roofer that sub contracted the gutters out to them had to come out and fix their mistakes. It was not only leaking they also forgot to install some of the smaller more ornate parts of the returns ( that still aren't fixed, the roofers fixed the leaking for them) and they never call you back . I've been trying to get these problems fixed for months without any satisfaction. In a word "incompetent"

We did the job that we went out to do everything else including any issues you might have should be taken up with A Jeck's, who you paid for this install not us. If you do not stop harassing our staff and our company we will take legal action. Our company will not be servicing you at all, A Jeck is the company you hired and paid not us. We have 20 years of experience and satisfied customers that are proof enough of how well we do our job and that is enough for us. You sir are trying to scare our staff with threats even though once again YOU ARE NOT OUR CUSTOMER. You are trying to hold us responsible for an installation completed at the beginning of this year by AJECK'S ROOFING. Stop harassing our office staff and threatening them with coming into the office and please deal with the contractor you hired."

Louis and his nephew Eric are great - punctual, they know their stuff, top quality. Office experience this last time was not so great - had to call multiple times to get on the schedule, get my estimate - but I stuck with it because I know that their work is top notch from my last experience with them. I texted Louie when I hadn't heard back and he got the office staff on the ball. So great work but the office staff needs to step it up. I'd recommend - for the price you seriously cannot beat his work.
