Alex at Fremont Contracting could not have made the process any easier. With just a few pictures and questions, he came up with a design that was exactly what I had been envisioning. The table is gorgeous and heavy like real wood should be. All of the drawers and cabinets have soft close features and the wood itself is perfectly smooth with no rough spots. Unlike other fence types that require you to set posts in concrete or foam, you only need the dirt you took from the post hole for split rail fencing. Split rail fencing is initially a budget-friendly option. However, it’s not as long-lasting as other fence types, meaning you could pay more on the back end because you may need to replace fence posts or rails that come loose or rot.

An easy way to cut concrete pavers without a saw is to use a hammer and chisel. You can make a few passes over your paver with a hammer and chisel to make a fissure where you want the paver to break. Once the divot is about 1/8 inch thick, drive the chisel hard into the center of the line to complete the cut without using a saw.

Yes, you can drive on concrete after seven days.
