They did a great job! They didn't stop until they got it done it found the problem. Always professional. This is the third time we used them.

I used Chesterfield Electric & HVAC to replace an existing bathroom fan. I was contacted in a prompt manner and the work was performed quickly and professionally.

Super company to work with! The men arrived promptly, spread drop cloths where needed, worked diligently, and finished most of the work in the morning. As heavy rain was forecast, they asked to return to install the new attic fan on a rain-free day. I agreed and it was rescheduled (that portion of the bill was withheld by them). It was installed the next week. As I later had problems with one of the timers on an outside light, I asked if another could be be installed; they cheerfully agreed and found a time convenient to me to install a new timer. They were the cheapest of three companies with high A ratings, were clean, did good work, and I would use again (my prior long-time electrician had retired).

They did a fantastic job and were price very well. Very customer service oriented. Unusual for electricians.

They came very quickly and did an excellent job. Going to use them again for some other items.

In short, the team that showed up was AMAZING. You know when you have a few bad experiences in a row (with other people) and then your faith is renewed? That was me. Kevin and Fred were professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and committed to helping us get our electrical and follow on septic pump issue fixed well. Now I know who to call first, next time we have an electricity or HVAC need. Thank you, Chesterfield Electric!!!

Everything went very well. Very professional and friendly and not hesitant to explain details or answer any questions. When the job was done, I felt very satisfied that the work was done without any doubt about the way it was done.

This is our second major project with Chesterfield E/HVAC and it was great (again). We got bids from other contractors and Chesterfield presented the best equipment at the best price. The installation with ducting corrections was performed in two days and exactly when and as promised. The crew was friendly, polite, competent and hardworking. We now have consistent, quiet and effective air movement which we never had. I would unhesitatingly recommend CE/HVAC for generator or HVAC installation based on my specific experience. They are a pleasure to deal with in all ways.

Promptly fixed the power in front bedroom receptacles, bathroom light, back bedroom receptacles. Would hire again.

Very well! It took 3 guys about 5-6 hours to do the job. 100A breaker box to 200A breaker box inside and all the needed outside work as well. Any complaints I have are so minor they aren't worth mentioning here. I had another electrical contractor lined up before hiring this company. He wanted $200 more and was planning on working alone and taking 2 days to complete the work. That didn't sound necessary.

it went well. In addition, the HVAC guy gave me some instructions on how to add moisture to the air and how often I needed to have that filter replaced.

Horrible company. I scheduled four times' service with them to repair my furnace. Now, the furnace is still not working properly. At first service call, the technician (John) never shown up. At second service call, John came at 5pm. He checked the unit and said that it needs cleaning. But, he said that he don't have equipment with him. So, I have to schedule another time with him. At the third service call, John cleaned the furnace. And, the furnace start working. I noticed that the air vent is leaking and asked John to replace it. Again, John asked to schedule another time to do the job. At the fourth service call, John only taken 20 minutes to change the air vent and pushed the air out of water. But, the leaking air vent damaged the circulator pump. He asked me for $900 to fix the circulator pump. Then, he asked for $400 if I can paid him directly (off book job)! Now, I began to understand why John keeping me schedule more service call. In this way, he can charge more service fee. And, he know that the leaking air vent may damage the circulator pump. But, he didn't do anything even I asked him to do it. He thought he can play the game and earn more money from me.

Rich Holman came out, reviewed the job that needed to be done, including calling the bell company. His guys came when promised and did an excellent job without any problems. The price was as quoted and seemed reasonable considering the work involved.

Everything went well. From the repairs that were needed earlier in the year to the purchase and installation of the new a.c. and furnace.

It went well, they did a good job. A little steep, but you get what you pay for.

They came on right time. Did job what Rich promise on time frame. Kevin was very good guy who did job for us. Price was very reasonable. I will hire him any time when we need for any electrical work.

The did a fine job but had to come back a second time when their supplier wasn't able to get them a part in time for my appointment. Scheduling the second visit took me following up a couple times but I wouldn't hold that against them. They left a good chunk of the bill unpaid until they came back so honestly they were missing out more than me. All in all it went well.

The job was done well, I had to install a bigger unit than advertised. The service folks where very professional and knew what they where doing and they suggested a few more items that would actually make my life a little easier from a maintenance perspective.

Chesterfield Electric did an awesome job with everything from start to finish including: timely and dependable communication; keeping their appointment times; extremely knowledgeable and patient in working with us to ensure all the electrical issues on our list were resolved in a very short time frame; did a wonderful job cleaning up (they had to cut tile to relocate a plug and drywall to relocate an electrical panel); and were very respectful of us and our house.

I had a whole punch list of electrical repairs and upgrade done by Chesterfield, and I couldn't have been more impressed. The two guys knew what they were doing and got the jobs done quickly and efficiently, including hanging a massive chandelier in our historic house that is a little quirky (to say the least) in its wiring. They made sure to do the work the right way so it wouldn't need to get fixed down the road. Would use them again for sure.

2 guys came out, very hard workers and very knowledgeable. They were stuck during a digging part and they worked long and hard to do the work the correct way so as not to take a short cut.

Absolutely fantastic experience. It was a four day job over a few weeks but only because I requested some additional work to be performed. The electrician, Joe, who was present for all days was amazing. He was informative in describing all the work he was doing and taking the time to show me what he was doing and why he was doing it. I could tell that he really enjoyed his work and was passionate about making sure things were done the right way. He also loves his pizza and Red Bull. Great personality which made it feel like you had a friend hanging out working on your house that you could trust. Great experience overall. I'll never use anyone else for any electric or HVAC work in the future. The absolute best. Thank you Joe, Rich, and the rest of the crew and Chesterfield!

Rich and team did an excellent job! Good price, excellent & prompt service. Rich even thru in a few extras (new register, etc) without increasing the price. His team is knowledgeable and respectful of my home.

Awesome support. Tech came out and fixed my issue . Checked my coils, freon levels, ducts for any leaks. Checked wiring and that at where the problem was. Turns out it was the thermostat . Punctual even for a last minute call

My technician was Joe. He was fantastic. Great attitude, very knowledgeable. Very careful to do a professional job, keep the house clean during his work, clean up afterwards. Made sure I understood what he was doing, insisted on hanging around until I had confirmed both thermostats could be hooked up to providers and were functioning correctly. Handled the troubleshooting when I had messed one up through mistakes in configuration (the part I'm supposed to do). Made sure I understood pricing and invoice. I don't know if the price was 'competitive', but I'm content to pay it for the work done (would've been happier to pay less, of course).

Will likely be using Chesterfield as primary HVAC source in the future.
