Best patio cover pros near Modena, PA

"The old awning was relatively low and tended to trap heat. Rich suggested raising it and extending the coverage over the patio door. Excellent ideas, both. Rich and his crew removed the old frame, carefully saving the parts that would work with the new installation. The new frame is comfortably higher and very sturdy. The new fabric looks wonderful."

"I called S & S Remodeling Contractors and they came out the next day to see exactly what I needed done. After I agreed to the price , the technichan  took measurements and stated it would be about six to seven weeks for the order. Once the order arrived  they came on the day requested , on time and did a great job with the window replacement. There was no left over mess and I am very happy with the windows.

"We had a great experience from the estimate with Micheal to the installation with Ryan and Antonio. The whole process was seamless. Ryan and Antonio removed an old tent-like grill cover and hauled the pieces away. They checked to see if the placement was to our liking before they started. The entire process took 2 hours. Ryan explained all the parts, how to use the remote and care and maintenance. Love the fabric we chose and how much cooler our patio is. We get direct sunlight all afternoon into the evening. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and how it looks."

"Best team ever. Would hire them again for sure. Excellent in all they do. Hard to find contractors like these two. Genuine and honest."

"Very quick service. Excellent customer service. And on time. Great place to use for your awning needs I broke my mother in laws awning by backing a Uhall truck into it. They got it replaced and better than the original."

"It all started out well after purchase of the initial Angie's list deal.  We promptly agreed on a date and a gentlemen came to measure and start the paperwork. Install date was set for 11/5/15. On 11/4, I was called about setting an install date.  My response was I already had one for the next day. Long story short, the company did not bother to tell me they had cancelled my appointment, they just acted like I never had one.  It was as though one side of the business did not know what the other side was doing. Since I made arrangements to be home on the 5th, I was not happy.  We finally settled on the 12th and the installation went smoothly enough.  However after completion, I noticed the installers had broken a piece of moulding in front of the patio door.  I know they realized they cracked it because they used clear caulk as a fix. I called the company and they said they would replace.  As of 11/30, the moulding still has not been replaced even though I was told the installer was picking up molding on 11/17.
I will say the person who came to measure and the lady who did the follow-up calling were professional. However, I can't say the same for the install side. The contact person was nice enough but he did not contact me to say the install was cancelled and to me it's taking way too long to replace the molding the installers broke.  I view it as a lack of integrity to cover up breaking the piece and not bothering to say anything to me.  The patio door is beautiful and I had planned to purchase a front door from them but have changed my mind.

"We were unable to go through with this project due to HOA restrictions. Please do not charge them for this contact."

"IT'S TOO SOON TO RATE PATIO ENCLOSURES. IT TAKES A WHILE FOR ALL OF THE PAPER WORK TO BE COMPLETED WITH THE TOWNSHIP, ARCHITECT, ETC. I CAN NOT RATE THEM UNTIL SEPTEMBER"

"Great, the work was done during the day while I was away, the job site was neatly put away when i returned, and it was quickly executed.  I even pulled down the cover to make sure it was done properly (after the issues that i had with City Line) and couldn't find any problems.

"I ordered my Sunshade. It’s not installed yet. I’ll have to update my rating after installation. I’m sure I’ll be giving them a 5 Star."
