Best awning pros near Modena, PA

"Enjoying our restored deck experience after awning repair by JMT. Service was professional, timely, and courteous. Communication by email and phone was friendly and kept us up to date. Excellent experience."

"We had a great experience from the estimate with Micheal to the installation with Ryan and Antonio. The whole process was seamless. Ryan and Antonio removed an old tent-like grill cover and hauled the pieces away. They checked to see if the placement was to our liking before they started. The entire process took 2 hours. Ryan explained all the parts, how to use the remote and care and maintenance. Love the fabric we chose and how much cooler our patio is. We get direct sunlight all afternoon into the evening. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and how it looks."

"We had used S  & S for new siding in our old home and they did a great job, so when we needed a new Storm Door for our new home we did not hesitate in calling S & S again.  Always prompt and professional.  A great job at a reasonable price.

"Al responded quickly and came to house to give us estimates and samples of work. Awning was up and looking great in 2 weeks!"

"This company called within a few hours and made an appointment a few days later for the awning project. It was ordered and installed within 2 weeks and it turned out wonderful! Great quality as well."

"Nice job...they had to chisel out some of the concrete to fit the door just right at the bottom..you would never know they were there..mixed cement and built up the area..looks good"

"We needed a complete gut of the kitchen. We also put new flooring in the living room/dining room. Kip is very reasonable in all his pricing. Our project manager was Greg and his team was Mike, Scott and Mel.  I remember a conversation with Kip before hiring him where he told me about how it is not an easy process for him to hire a member of his crew.  He can't just hire anyone.  It's no wonder he gets good reviews  - if his other crews are like who we had.  They are very honest, completely trusted them in our home alone.  They are hard working - I was here with them for some of the days and I am not sure they even stopped for lunch. Mel stayed one evening until after 6:30 to finish grouting the kitchen floor.  My husband was impressed saying that shows she was not in a rush, she took her time and it shows because it came out great. Everything was going smooth and looking great until the peninsula was put in and I felt it was too far into the kitchen.  I had a meltdown over it and after Greg, Mike and Scott listening to me, they calmly told me they would figure it out.  So they moved it back more into the dining room and not only that, instead of drywall on the back of it, Greg put leftover wood pieces from the cabinet order and it looks fantastic. My husband cannot stop talking about it.   Scott has calmed me down over a few things.  I thought the microwave above the range was going to stick out too much and he assured me it would be ok, he was right, it looks great. He is very easy to talk to.  I drove him crazy with the placement of the handles on the cabinets.  He just joked about it.  We have had other major projects done and have never been completely satisfied.  This crew was very friendly, skilled and knowledgeable.  We could not be happier with the kitchen and we will be calling Kip up again in a few years when we do our upstairs bathroom.
