I wanted to remove the old tile so that I could have an even transition from kitchen to dining room. It was a big job to take out all the old plywood. They did a good job of keeping the dust to a minimum. They cleaned up after themselves on each of the 5 days. I am pleased with the flooring and installation. I would highly recommend Young Brothers. I have other floors that could be updated, and I would absolutely use them again. They had a lot of choices in flooring, make, and colors. He just completed a project for me that required complete refinishing and resurfacing of seven rooms and stairwells in a 100-year-old house. The original project was to sand and refinish the floors, but as we began work, we found substantial pet urine damage to the floorboards and subfloors. Gary replaced over 270 boards in the home before we refinished the new wood and lightened up the colors of the former stain while coating the final floor with two coats of sealer.
