"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. "I AM LIVID WITH THEIR SERVICE. My husband and I have been living in our home 4 years without a single issue with our cooling system. We had UGI come out to "service" our system and said everything looked great....2 months later something with our compressor blew...that was $400. Then this morning, less than 30 days later, we apparently needed a brand new thermostat.....another $400 and guess what? MY HOUSE IS STILL NOT COOLING DOWN. "John responded promptly and he came out and gave me an estimate. I paid him for parts ordered and he called me a few months later to set up an appointment for the repair. He came out on the day specified and got the fireplace working. This was summer and we didn't turn it on until late October. When we turned it on, it filled the house with a natural gas smell. I called John and he told me he was busy but would come out in a week or two. We set up an appointment and he never showed. I tried to call him and he sent a text saying he was in the hospital. I was unable to contact him by phone ever since. He just texted saying can't talk now! This job cost me Nearly $1,000 and I still don't have a working fireplace! I sent him an email asking for an explanation, as we can all have trouble, but he never responded."
