"It's been a few years and I couldn't be happier with my new roof. We had a little bit of a hiccup during the job - it took about a day and a half and went into the evening hours, when the salesperson had assured me they would be leaving by 6 PM. But a foreman came to discuss it with us and we worked it out. All of the wood underneath had to be replaced and the crew was able to get it done. It's very beautiful and hadn't had any issues."

"Great experience working with Frank and his crew at Basement Waterproofing, Etc.  Frank installed an egress window along with a crock and sump pump.  It was not an easy install to say the least due to the root system of a 10 ft shrub that needed to be removed.  Frank and his team were relentless and made it happen.  All quality materials used (Zoeller pump and Wellcraft egress system).   To quote the building inspector, "The contractor did a good job and did all the right things."  Great light coming in and safe basement for the kids.  Thank you!

They showed up on time with a 7-man crew, so the job was completed in one day. Six years after the job was done, my basement is still bone dry - so dry it actually gets dusty! My crawlspace is so low a person can only crawl around, but they did a great job there, as well, installing a thick white vapor barrier."
