And the tile work he did was amazing. He did the project on schedule, for the estimated cost, and did a masterful job. He was friendly, easy to work with, and had good ideas about how to design things and about how to work around space limitations. He didn’t try to push me toward new-fangled crap that would be easy to install, he was enthusiastic about working with genuine, quality materials. My home is a beautiful, 200-year-old, solidly-built stone house. I wanted a bathroom with the level of quality, beauty, and care that was put into building this house two centuries ago. Todd delivered. He really is a master craftsman."

If you’re looking for shelving that will stand up to years of heavy stacking, plywood is the clear winner against MDF (a.k.a. medium-density fiberboard). Plywood is a sturdy material that resists sagging, warping, and splitting, making it the perfect fit for shelving in a variety of spaces. Overlay cabinets can either be full overlay—meaning the doors and drawers completely cover the fronts of the cabinets—or partial overlay, which means a portion of the face frame stays visible when the cabinets are shut. Partial overlay doors can only be used on face frame cabinets. Full overlay doors can be used on either face frame or frameless cabinets.
