Recently I signed a 12 month commercial loan with the bank and 2 months after closing this company said it would take another 9 months to get the permits needed. "Rough Diamond Construction Company did an excellent job remodeling my family room/basement. Nate's attention to detail and his expertise was well worth every dollar paid. He was always in contact with me as well as advocating for me when I had a water problem in my basement with the company who initially made the repair. Because of the water problem I experienced in the summer, I decided to have the entire room renovated - new floors, walls, ceiling, doors, etc. Nate and his crew were professional and efficient. The end result is that the room is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend Nate and his team to anyone - you won't be sorry."

Very few would return my call. several the rest said they only do commercial or that this was too small of a job and would cost more. It was taking months and I was frustrated and decided to try Angie’s. I am so pleased. I had a response that very day I inquired for the job. It was clear what was needed from me. Great communication and answered questions to help me get them what they needed. The project from start to finish was drafted within 3 weeks. It could have been done sooner but I was traveling and not able to check emails. Once I told them to text me to alert me of an email they did that. I would highly recommend them."
