Contractor removed everything down to studded walls. New wiring and plumbing were installed and then new drywall was completed.  A new tub and shower walls along with a new ceramic floor completed the work, Customer was satisifed with the entire process.

I had the unfortunately circumstance to find my newly finished (within the past couple years) basement had flooded due to some really heavy rains and a failed sump pump.  After we had the cleaning/restoration company come out and clean up I called Randy from Xtreme Builders for an estimate to get my basement back to how it was.
That weekend Randy came out to view the damage, take measurements, and ask what we are looking for.  Never did he try and pressure us into something we didn't want or need.  Within a couple weeks he came back with an estimate which was to both our satisfactions.  
He told me due to the holidays they would not be able to start work until the new year which I was okay with.  I got a call in Mid December (maybe a week after I got the estimate) asking if he could start the work as some time opened up and he would like to get the drywall done before the end of the that week!  Once the drywall was up things couldn't have moved any faster!  It seemed like by the next week we were picking out the carpet and the next week the painters came to touch things up and then it was over with!  We love love love our basement even more than before!
Throughout the whole process Randy was wonderful.  I got a phone call or text at least 3 times a week letting me know of the progress, what is to come next, and anything that I needed to do to help expedite the process.  I never felt like there was anything that I couldn't ask him about and he was always available to me.
This is my second time using Xtreme Builders for a project and again, am very satisfied.  I would not hesitate to use them again for any house project that I had in the future. 

This year i had some remodeling to do in my house. 2 bedrooms, bathroom, hallway. I found a company online and started working with them in March 19, 2013. I won't mention the name of that company but it was the worst experience of my life. A nightmare! The job was finally done in August 2, 2013.
After that I decided to join Angie's list and see if I can find someone else to do my porch. I came across Xtreme Builders and I called them in August 6, they came gave me an estimate for my porch repair and replacement and the time they can start and finish the job. OMG, it was the best experience I ever had with any company. They came when they said they will 9-9-2013, started to remove my porch on that Monday, sat them with us and discussed couple options and there they went. 2 people working side by side from 8Am to 5pm. There were no hidden fees and the quality of the work is outstanding. I will post some pictures when they are completely done today 9-20-2013. New floor, new roof, new gutters, new posts all wrapped and recessed lighting.
It is a big wrap around porch. The porch looks beautiful, people stop and compliment on it. Couple neighbors stopped by to tell us how hard the 2 guys work. My father in law stopped by to see what is going on and he was a builder himself few years ago and he was very impressed by them. They are very professional, friendly, punctual, hardworking and just trustworthy. Oh and they clean up every evening before they leave. I really couldn't be happier and you will understand when I post before and after pictures.
I would recommend Xtreme Builders to anyone who wants a job well done and in a timely manner.

It was half the price that everyone else gave us. They are excellent. They make sure to give you exactly what you want. They checked back a month after the job was done to make sure everything was okay. We recommended them to a family member who will be using them soon.

Awesome from beginning to end!!!

My wife and I were looking for some extra space in our house because we were tired of our 3 year old's toys all over our family room. We contacted Xtreme Builders for a quote. Randy came out shortly after and took measurements and discussed our needs with us. It took an awfully long time to receive a quote (over a month) which turned us off, but only 1 of the 5 contractors we had come out gave us a quote faster and we didn't care for him or the estimate. After all our estimates came in, it was clear to us that we were going to go with Randy and Xtreme Builders (not just for the quote, although it was quite reasonable). Something we really wanted was to have a contractor that we felt we could always contact and would keep us informed. Randy was just that.

Work got started in early July and we were told that it would take anywhere from 1-2 months to complete. We had a couple extras that we wanted including a banister going halfway up the stairs and an extra door here or there. Randy knew exactly who to call and had a quote on the extras to me in a couple days. He was great at calling a couple times a week and keeping us informed on the status and what we can expect in the next couple days. As things were moving along he would making suggestions at different things we can do, but in no way pressuring us to do anything we didn't want. For example, we have a chair rail going around most of the wall at his suggestion so that we can separate the paint colors we wanted, it looks amazing and it is just something that we didn't think of.

We had a couple issues/concerns along the way and I could not be happier with the way that they were handled. Literally, within minutes of an email sent to him I had a response saying he has already contacted the sub and is on top of it. Every concern was addressed and corrected, if needed, to make sure I was 100% satisfied.

The ending of the project has lagged just a little bit. For the past 3 weeks there have only been about 3 things to wrap up and they are just getting wrapped up today. They were very minor (like installing a splitter) and haven't stopped us from starting to and quot;move inand quot; down there.

Overall we are extremely pleased with Randy, Xtreme Builders, and our finished project! We now have about 700 sq ft of extra living space and even a little play room for my child where he can make all the mess with his toys that he wants. I have already recommended him to friends and if I ever need any more work done, he will be the first person I call.
