I have had numerous conversations with Katie who talks over me telling me this was done to code. She promised me twice last week that her manager would call me and I have not heard from anyone. A job estimated for 2 to 3 weeks took over 3 months. It is still not done to our satisfaction, but we "gave up", and told them to leave."
