Horrible workmanship they assured me they only used in house workers and sent two guys with out of state license plates in unmarked broken down van workmanship was so poor I had to tell workers to leave and not return they precut all my door frames 1/2” to short and are still like that today option was to give me money off price I now had to pay someone else to remove and reinstall 4 complete new doorframes They sent a second crew a few days later that fixed what they could from the damage first crew did Had no idea how to finish flooring around my 12’ round fireplace hearth I had to pay another contractor to fix that as well Very messy dust throughout my home and furnace I purchased the best most expensive flooring they sold and was assured of quality workmanship and received absolute horrible results I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND MOLYNEAUX FOR FLOORS

We had a very positive experience with Molyneaux. Steve Porter came to our house with a variety of carpet samples. He was very professional and answered all of our questions. The carpet was beautifully installed.

Our Design Consultant Debbie N. was very professional to work with. Quick installation and all workers wore masks due to Covid-19. Beautiful floors.

Our 60+ year old home was in need of kitchen flooring and whole house carpeting. It was a big project and without hesitation we selected Molyneaux for the job. They came highly recommended by my daughter and friends. Before my daughter moved into her new home, the floors had been redone by Molyneaux and she loves them! Overall, we had our entire kitchen flooring redone, and carpeting throughout the home except the bedrooms (which is newer carpet otherwise we’d have got that done too!) Molyneaux worked around our busy schedules and the work was done in a timely way. The installation team was knowledgeable, punctual, and efficient in their work. Most of all, we felt comfortable with them in our home and felt that the quality of installation went above our hopes. The team was knowledgeable to the tiny, odd details of the kitchen and worked around those seamlessly. You’d never know there wasn’t cove molding there before! And the carpet, they actually took a step back from the project mid-day to re-evaluate the best option for making the carpet seams as invisible as possible. Taking that extra time means a lot, we received a quality job from the installers. We know this flooring will last a very long time and are very happy with our decision to use Molyneaux. We had a great experience from start to finish with Molyneaux. Susan was great to work with and helped us pick out fantastic carpets for both our guest bedroom and basement stairs. After a few years of thinking about getting new floors and carpet, we finally decided we were going to start looking. Our first stop was Molyneaux, we both heard that they have an Excellent Reputation and thought that they would be a good start. From the time we walked through the door we had a great experience. We spoke to Design Consultant, Mike Cruz, who was incredibly knowledgeable of all of Molyneaux' products, he wasn't pushy like some sales people can be. He was friendly and respectful, and after talking to him for maybe 20 minutes we decided that we weren't going anywhere else, we are going to deal with this gentleman for our floors. My husband and I can be very particular and sometimes a hard sell. But, with no pressure, we found beautiful carpet for our bedroom, steps and hallway, and vinyl floors for our whole first floor. Mike came to our house and measured and took pictures and gave us a price that fit right into our budget (and with 0% financing we couldn't beat it). Soon after, the floors were being put into our home. The installers were both prompt and professional with both the flooring and the carpet. Not only did they do an excellent job with the installation, the job was done sooner than they expected. The vinyl floors are absolutely gorgeous and easy to clean, and the carpet is plush and beautiful. So in saying this... We Would Highly Recommend Molyneaux for All of YOUR Floor Needs! I am extremely satisfied with my experience in purchasing a bedroom carpet from Molyneaux Tile Carpet Wood. I worked with Cindy Benson (Design Consultant), who was very knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. She brought carpet samples to our home so I could view them in the lighting of that particular room, which made a vast difference in matching the color samples to other items in the room. The delivery time was great. The two installers were friendly, and, on their own, took the time required to make sure the carpet was perfectly centered in the room. I will look forward to working with Molyneaux again for our carpet and flooring needs.

My experience with Molyneaux was amazing! My sales rep, Steve Porter, was great. Steve brought a variety of samples to my home and was very respectful of what I wanted to spend on this project. Steve helped me to choose the perfect carpet for my steps and game room. He was very responsive and worked with me to coordinate everything, even when our remodel went past schedule! Installation was wonderful! Installers were very polite, they even mentioned they hoped everyone was OK since I originally told Molyneaux we had a family issue and needed to reschedule, on time (even with us changing it a few times), very respectful of the house, worked quickly and efficiently, made the payment process super easy (they called Molyneaux themselves to have them rerun the remaining balance on my card already on file). I would definitely use Molyneaux in the future and would highly recommend!

Jenn Skeels our sales rep was absolutely wonderful to work with. she made 3 trips to the home with samples and helped educate us on the best flooring options. Molyneaux tested our tile and vinyl flooring for asbestos to ensure there were no issues for the tile removal. Molyneaux's communication was great during this process for scheduling and general information. We vacates the home during the week of the 1st floor hardwood installation. I met the guys and they seemed friendly and professional. However, when we returned home we walked into a dust bowl. All the furniture was saturated in dust. I contacted Molyneaux and they were quick to respond and make this right. Pat Molyneaux even made a visit to take a look for himself. This kind of response really impressed us. The following week the carpet was installed. Dave was our installer. His crew was absolutely amazing. They came in and kicked carpet butt and finished 4 rooms, hallway and stairs all in one day. We were very impressed! Despite the issues with the hardwood floors we absolutely would work with Molyneaux again. Customer Satisfaction is taken very seriously and it shows.

Molyneaux was definitely the right choice for us when we needed new tile for our kitchen and bathroom. After seeing there advertisements online, we called them and from there it was a great experience. They worked with our schedule and were very accommodating. I requested a free in-home estimate from Molyneaux and 2 other competitors to replace some flooring in my 3rd floor that had water damage from a recent storm. My salesperson, Steven Porter, was the only salesperson who actually checked the flooring underneath for any additional damage and was the only one to take the existing flooring to be tested for asbestos, which is common in older houses in the area. I had a lot of questions making my decision and Steven always responded to emails, texts messages, and even had to make a return visit to go over a while new color palate with me after I was able to get more research done. All of the quotes I received were comparable so I based my choice on the quality of service and depth of information that I received upfront, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The installers who came to install the flooring were very knowledgeable and professional. They discovered a major issue in the back corner that would have caused the laminate I chose to come back up, probably a few weeks after install with a 2” dip in the back corner of the 3rd floor. And they wouldn’t let that happen. As a customer, it means a lot to me that the installers weren’t just there to toss down some floor and leave me with a giant headache. They wanted to make sure that my floor was able to be installed properly and that a quality job was performed. So I had to pick a new floor. Steven stayed with me and since he knew how much I loved the floor that I picked and scoured their products to stop by again with the closest possible matches for what I needed based on the newly discovered constraints of my 1906 house. The floor turned out beautifully and I couldn’t be happier!! Everyone I worked with at Molyneaux was professional, pleasant, and helpful every step of the way. I look forward to working with Steven and the Molyneaux team again when it’s time for my next flooring project. I will also probably pick the same floor because it is absolutely beautiful!

Excellent work performed...group was very professional and excellent to deal with - from the sales experience to the installation it could not have gone any easier or smoother. Amy the sales consultant was very attentive to the environmentally friendly products we wanted to use. While at first the price was a bit shocking, it was very comparable to other bids. We would definitely go with Molyneaux again!

I can't say enough how happy we are with the flooring and carpet we ordered from Molyneaux. Steven Porter was awesome, brought samples to the house, was very patient with us as we were trying to decide what we wanted. He was so helpful! The crews who came to the house to install the flooring and carpet were polite, did a beautiful job, cleaned up after themselves, and we are thrilled with the results! Our experience with Molyneaux Shop-At-Home service was new to us and turned out great! We needed to carpet our newly constructed basement rec room and basement stairs. Cindy Benson came to our home bearing numerous samples of the types & colors of the flooring we requested in our initial call to her. She was punctual and knowledgeable with all the types of flooring products we wished to review. Cindy made helpful suggestions, measured and double checked the area dimensions right on the spot to ensure a professionally installed job. We were tossed between two colors of the same carpeting. Cindy acquired two larger samples from the manufacturer and had them delivered within days so we could lay them out in various lighting situations. The project was agreed to and scheduled. The installers called prior to arriving and were polite and professional. The installation went well and when complete, the installers removed all scrap materials and vacuumed the entire floor...you couldn't tell they had been there at all! We recommend both Molyneaux and Cindy Benson! Thank you for a great looking project!

We are so pleased that we chose Molyneaux to install the carpet and flooring in the basement of my father's house. Susan came to the house to help us to select and price the perfect products for the job. She had good ideas, and explained clearly the entire process. That meant we knew just what to expect. Once our inventory arrived, the scheduler helped to make sure that the date we selected was going to work for both the carpet and flooring installers. That way, it could be done in one day, rather than two. And the installers were fantastic. They were efficient, polite, friendly and the finished product is beautiful. Thank you Molyneaux!

Excellent ! The installers were prompt and professional. They took great care when moving my furniture out of the room. When finished they swept up, took all the old carpet with them and moved all the furniture back in the room. I would definitely use them again!

They were excellent. I was just amazed. I was upstairs while they were doing down here and I just couldn't get over how efficient and fast they are. Especially when you have to go around all the furniture in the house. They started in the master and worked their way out. One upstairs and one down.
