"In 2024I hired pro. Solutions to build a back deck with an extension. I asked them to rebuild my front porch, and I put a fence around my yard. They are a scam artist. They outsourced my work to another company. They barely came to work. They told me I had to wait a year later to stained and sealed. The wood April of 2025I started calling them. I got a hole to Guy he said that he would have someone come out and start the work. No one came here until August of 2025. They sent one guy, 15 gallon bucket of something that wasn't even the color nor was it stain and seal the guy Joey, it took a month. He was here 3 days within that month. And then get half of the fence done, Dennis never answered my calls. I called him over and over again to where they even knew my telephone number and they wouldn't answer the phone so I called for my husband's phone, and then they stopped answering his phone calls. This company is a piece of s***. Do not do not hire them"

And when he started the work, he kept me posted -- constantly kept in touch with me. When the work was finished, it was excellent. I was very happy. "The company represented to be competent and experienced at bathroom remodeling however the worker, Joel was not able to complete the job efficiently. He installed a shower liner over a shower body which he had improperly installed which caused leaks and a situation where we had to break through a wall to get to the improperly installed shower body to fix it. We supplied the materials including the shower body which he did not use but instead left the old one in which doesn’t quite fit with the new shower handle. The toilet was loose and crooked also not sealed on the bottom as per code. When I pointed out to the worker that he had caused a leak, water was pouring into my basement he attempted to charge me an additional $100 to fix his own mistake. The tiles were not properly spaced so some were too close to receive the black grout that we had intended to distribute over the whole tiling project, it remains unevenly grouted. With the uneven spacing it is impossible to grout properly. Overall a disaster of a job, most of the work he did had to be redone."
