"Really well despite the rainy weather delays. The price was very reasonable and the work was excellent. JC took care not to damage any of the plants surrounding the deck, which I appreciated. After all was done and paid for, I found one area that needed a touch up. He could have put that off indefinitely but instead came right out and took care of it. I’ll use Ochoa again and I definitely recommend them."

"They were great. Very communicative on arrival time, with quotes, with invoicing, and did all services exactly as they said they would and as good as we hoped. They were conscientious in their work, not finishing until it was exactly right...in fact they came back again to touch up some of the deck knowing they needed a certain spot to dry longer. Liquid rubber is great for waterproofing, but it can damage your deck if it’s not applied correctly. First, it can trap moisture in the wood if the deck isn’t completely dry before application.  Second, applying it too thickly can create a heavy, rubbery surface layer that peels and cracks under fluctuating temperatures. For the best results, ensure the wood is completely dry before application, and apply the liquid rubber in thin, even coats. A quick inspection every now and then will help you catch any issues early, keeping your deck protected and looking its best.

It's okay to walk on a newly painted deck after about four to six hours as long as the weather has been dry. Be sure to wait at least 24 hours before you place any outdoor furniture or grills on a freshly painted deck, though.
