"Did a very nice job power washing the house and back sidewalk. Right at the start, they said they could not wash both the front and back sidewalks because they were longer than expected, unless I wanted to pay extra. I also said they did not need to wash my screened porch which encloses the whole first floor of the south side of the house, which they did not clean, but also did not take that into consideration for cleaning the front sidewalk. The worst part was that they broke a decorative flower pot and didn?t tell me about it. He said he forgot. I?ve never ?forgotten? to tell someone when I?ve broken something of theirs. He did ask what could be done to make it up to me. I said nothing was needed, except for honesty. I did not get a response, which led to further dissatisfaction on my part. Overall, their cleaning was good for what they did clean, but their character was not good. I would not recommend them."

Bob is an amazing person to work with as is his wife Laura. They made the process easy from planning & permitting, to choosing the right materials and layout. Everything went as expected. Bob went above and beyond to insure the job was completed on time as we had a specific timeframe that we needed the job to be completed. We would hire Bob again for another project in the future.
