I am a small company. I am the owner and it'll be my son and myself that is going to show up to do your work. I have been in the construction business for 25 plus years. I give a bill upon completion and require payment at that time.

"In my basement John replaced drywall, gutted and refinished my powder room, built a wall and added a door at the top of the steps, replaced the powder room and closet doors, replaced all the tiles in my drop ceiling and primed and painted the whole room and stairwell. John and his son completed this project in 4 days! He answered all my questions before and during the process! I will definitely call John again when we’re ready for the next project!"
