In my basement John replaced drywall, gutted and refinished my powder room, built a wall and added a door at the top of the steps, replaced the powder room and closet doors, replaced all the tiles in my drop ceiling and primed and painted the whole room and stairwell. John and his son completed this project in 4 days! He answered all my questions before and during the process! I will definitely call John again when we’re ready for the next project!

John and his son did a great job. They are on time and efficient. The price is very fair and they finish up the job with a thorough cleaning. I will definitely hire them again. Highly recommended!

John is outstanding, I highly recommend him! He performed some repairs and renovation over the course of a year as I prepared my home for sale (the extended time-line met my schedule - he's very efficient and I'm sure would have wrapped it all up much sooner if my schedule allowed). His work was thorough and detailed, he has a vast knowledge base and skill set, he is a consummate professional, and his pricing is fair and reasonable. I trust him implicitly and was very happy with all of the work he performed on my house. I only wish I had found him sooner!

The job, somewhat complex given 19th century construction and the existence of security bars anchored in the custom window casing, was completed professionally in every respect. The results were outstanding....beautiful, robust and complete. Just as importantly, the complete cost was about half of what I expected. I couldn't be happier with the finished job.

John was terrific! We had a facelift done to our downstairs powder room and he and is son did an amazing job - knocking out the whole project very quickly and professionally. We are extremely happy with how the room turned out and will certainly hire him again when we remodel our upstairs bath.

John and his son, John, are professional, courteous, honest, and intelligent workers. The installation went without a hitch. John had to lengthen the cat door tunnels to accomodate the 12 inch thick wall and used a metal bender to make perfect sheet metal extensions. He and his son also modified and braced support structure work I had previously completed to make it more secure and stable. The catio structures were mounted high on the exterior of the garage wall as I had required. The job was performed perfectly. I would hire again in a heartbeat.

John is amazing! I was nervous to hire a contractor but knew I needed/wanted to do some things. He is honest with pricing, is pretty immaculate when he's working and when they clean up. I'm SO SO happy I can call with some crazy idea or request and he will tell me what I can/should do because I don't really know lol I am glad to have found him and will continue to use his services ...forever! =) highly recommend!

I needed a new dishwasher and kitchen hood installed and tile backsplash added. John and his son performed the work efficiently and I am happy with how it turned out. I would recommend their services.

This was a second project experience with John. I called him back after his excellent work on modifying a kitchen cabinet. He installed a custom flower box and restored my garden arbor. He was able to do in a fast turn around timeframe which was much appreciated. John is exceptionally professional - on time - excellent clean up & so friendly to our dog!

He was prepared, professional and precise. He has many talents and can do a variety of services including plumbing and electrical work. Excellent, he took what was a very ugly house and turned it into a beautiful home. The initial remodel included adding all new windows, gutting the kitchen, refinishing or replacing the flooring throughout, interior and exterior paint, stucco remediation. This was all completed prior to move in and was done in about 4 months for a very reasonable price. After move in he came back to completely reface the exterior. We have been in our house for 2 years now and we have had his team complete number of small projects for us since then, including a balcony off the master bedroom and building a custom dining room table. He truly does incredible work.

Range of things included electrical, woodworking, basic handyman work. He was excellent. He shows up on time and is a great communicator. He get the job done in a timely manner and does not leave any messes. I can't say enough good things about him, he is just excellent! I will be hiring him to do my bathroom remodel!
