Fish Window Cleaning

Fish was able to schedule the work promptly. They arrived on time and did a great job. Price was fair considering the size and complexity of the job. I definitely plan to use them at our new three-story townhome. Highly recommended.

The guys did a great job cleaning the outside of all our windows.  Would definitely hire again.  They were pleasant, on time,

and professional.  All-in-all an excellent experience.

When he first came in, the guy who came out to give me an estimate was very professional and all that. The two guys that came out were young and they were kind of like goofy young. But, they did an excellent job. I will have them back every year. I thought their price was great.

Overall, the job went very well. The owner did the estimate very promptly. As soon as we were ready to have the work done, the work was scheduled and the Fish Window Cleaning crew showed up on-time and got right to work. We have many windows in our home with many different sizes. Our Family Room is a two-story room with large windows in the upper area.
The crew did a great job inside and out. They worked quickly and without a lot of noise or mess.
After the job was done, the owner sent me a Thank-You card, which was a nice touch, and also called a couple times to ensure that we were happy with the work.
We were very happy with Fish WIndow Cleaning and will likely use their services again.

Overall, windows and screens were well cleaned. Crew arrived on time, introduced themselves, and went right to work. My issues with their work effort and results were: (1) When wiping down window sills (particularly the space between the screen and the window), lots of the debris (bits of leaves, dead bugs, etc.) ended up on my floor, carpet, and kitchen counter, and was not cleaned up before they left, (2) When moving furniture around to get access to the windows, they didn't move it back before they left, and (3) They had no system for remembering which screen went back into which window, so I ended up having to referee the replacement of screens.

They were really careful. They were punctual and responded quickly. They were thorough.

Our experience was very good. The owner comes out to give an accurate estimate. They are safety conscious and insured. They do a very nice job. The cost is maybe slightly above some companies but we had one "window washer" who never showed up and caused great inconvenience. So you do get what you pay for in most instances.

This is the third time I have used FISH. They are wonderful. The team take precautions not to damage anything in the home while working (like drop clothes and booties) and took great pride in making the windows shine! Even my two cats loved the team!

Again, these guys are amazing. Great communication, friendly, on time, and neat as a pin. They even waited a few minutes for us to run out and get light bulbs to change in the light fixture in our great room (22' off the ground) - they cleaned it for few extra dollars which was well worth it.

Excellent experience! Answered phone immediately, came out same day for estimate. Technician was out within a few days to do the work. The chandelier looks spotless, and I'm very pleased with the work. Everyone involved was extremely courteous and professional. Thumbs up!!!!
