Michael came out & assessed the job & was very kind, astute & direct about the challenges of this particular job. I received a quote in the next few days & scheduled the work. The crew along with Michael could not have been better! They were efficient yet thorough & made the windows shine. Michael walked through the job at the end & was very responsive to the small items that I found needing additional attention. It was not inexpensive, but worth every penny & I will definitely use this company again.

very busy contractor however eventually we were moved up in their queue. Very polite and professional. Very unobtrusive. Worked quietly. More expensive than prior visit in the fall ($583 fall, $615 spring) which included cleaning our chandelier in the fall. Don't know if they did it this time.

"Please note- customer quotes "very busy contractor". There is a very good reason for that. We are the best at what we do and our service is very much in demand. Customer quotes: "we were eventually moved up" We go out of our way to accommodate requested dates/ times in order to provide the best possible service to all our customers. Customer quotes: "polite,professional, unobtrusive, quiet." These are typical customer comments. Our Thanks Customer quotes : "more expensive than prior visit " In order to ensure the ongoing viability of our company we are forced to pass along increases in costs which are by and large beyond our control. The costs of equipment/vehicles/ maintenance/ fuel/ taxes insurance and the like continue to rise. Further- in order to acquire and keep polite, professional, prompt, reliable, hard working , employees we pay our employees a fair wage. ( as a footnote - the chandelier sparkled when we were through! )"

Great job! The were very punctual, and very neat throughout the job. When they were inside, they wore coverings on their shoes and they took care if they had to move something away from the window to get to it. They returned each window covering to its position once they were done. They worked quickly and quietly and were very efficient. The windows looked great after they got through with them! We will definitely use them in the future.

Fantastic experience overall. They showed up exactly on time and started work promptly. They cleaned windows on all three floors of my home, first cleaning the original windows and then cleaning the storms. The results are outstanding and I am very pleased with the service. Three people worked on the windows and it took them 1/2 a day to do the service. They were very courteous and detail oriented. They even took time to change shoes AND wear booties over the shoes when entering the house. I would recommend them to anyone.

It went very well. The person on the phone was always pleasant and helpful . There was no problem changing the original appointment date when I needed to. They arrived on time and put on their booties to protect the floors. They worked hard and the windows just shine. They were undaunted by plants and ornaments in front of windows and removed and replaced them carefully.. They stayed out of my way and made it easy for me to stay out of theirs.

I have used them several times in the past. And I always find them to be professional. They are very meticulous and do the best job possible. They are timely and come in early which are nice. They do a fabulous job and their price is extremely fair. I had used someone else in the past and their price was ridiculous. They are just wonderful. I would rate them high overall and would use them again in the future.

The company responded promptly to my request for an estimate, coming out to look the very next day. The bid was higher than I had anticipated based on the other report on Angie's list, but my windows are old Pella's with storm inserts that all had to be removed and cleaned. We agreed on a scheduled day and they arrived on time to work. Unfortunately, it was also a rainy day, so they had to come back on the next day to do the outside work. I wasn't home while they worked, but my mother said everything went well and that the workers were courteous and professional. The end result was some beautiful windows. I was very satisfied and plan to have them back again next year, although we may do the inside cleaning ourselves.

Estate Window Cleaning workers were very courteous and they made every effort to complete the work with minimal disruption to us. They even wore "booties" when they came inside our home to clean the windows. Their work estimate was given promptly within 24 hours of calling and the work at our home was completed quickly, on schedule and exactly as estimated. They took all of the window screens out of our basement and cleaned and rehung them. They even replaced the screening in two of the screens that had small holes.
