We are in love with our wall unit. Because of the pandemic, there were issues getting some of the components fabricated, so there were delays and the work required three separate installation dates. Other than the delays and very spotty communication from Closet Factory regarding the delays, the project went well and the wall unit is gorgeous. Despite having to hound them for updates, I would definitely do business with them again. And I'd ask for Jennifer every time. She's fantastic."

I have a shallow closet with very deep spaces on either side of the closet doors, and those corners acted like black holes for miscellaneous stuff. And I have a lot of stuff. After talking with Amresse about my organizational struggles and tendencies, she came by with a group of very sweet helpers and got to work! With her help we really maximized my space without it feeling cluttered or overwhelming. She really worked with my style to give me a organization system that I know I will be able to keep up with. We went through everything I have in my closet and sorted it and put it in storage bins. Amresse and her team stayed until the project was done and even though the basic structure stayed the same I feel like I have a whole new closet!"
