Dusty was incredibly responsive, giving us detailed quotes in person and via email. Once his crew was able to reopen for work (he was temporarily closed during the COVID-19 closures), they immediately came out and completed our large deck project in a single day! The attention to detail that Dusty and his crew are capable of is impressive - they were able to make the patio under deck even more usable by expanding the coverage of the ceiling, moving the drainage and downspouts to a better location, and installing a soffit to the outer portion of the deck that not only looks great but also keeps birds and other critters from getting in. Overall, we couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!"

"I supposedly won their contest at the State College Home Show 2022 for $1200 certificate. Rep came out and knew nothing about giving me the prize I won. Should have seen this as red flag. Window and entry door replaced anyway. Like the window. BUT, the door has major air draft coming in down the side and across the bottom. Have been calling repeatedly for 2 months leaving multiple messages- no return call since back in October. Company sent me letter 11/30 and called me that evening trying to get me to hire them to do more work. Assured me they would send someone to correct problem with initial work. Still have not received phone call or service visit from anyone in this company. Don't enter their contests at Home shows- I think they use this as way to get into your home to sell you their company when you haven't really won anything. and don't hire them to do any work. They will not fix any problems!!"

"We hired Mike to paint a number of rooms in our newly purchased home prior to moving in. It was a wonderful experience! The finished product was exactly what we were hoping for. Mike was informative and helpful in guiding us through the process from start to finish. He was gracious enough to accommodate some additional requests that we added on during the project. He was timely in completion of the job and extremely prompt in all communication with us. There were some other painting jobs that we were considering tackling ourselves, but because of such a great experience with this project, will only be using Mike in the future. We have and will continue to recommend him to those in need of painting services!"

"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

"My initial contact with Leelands was 10 years ago. I really admired the work they had done on my neighbors house. I just couldn't afford slate repair or replacement at the time. The employees were always courteous and patient. Fast forward to May 2018, I had exhausted all the patching my roof could take. I contacted Leelands, Donna promptly scheduled Luke to come out for an estimate. Luke was on time and provided honest feedback. I recieved a Photo Report, Field Condition Report and Proposals a few weeks later. It took me a few more months to decide how to proceed. In October, Leelands sent Gabriel and Miguel to make the repairs. They were prompt, courteous and worked diligently to finish the job. After a rainy 2018, my roof is still leak free."
