Then i spent another 20 mins with a contractor from deleware who spoke spanish and he clesrly did not undrrstand my projects and he needed me to take photo of closet like building closet from closet from design . Hr now needed me to take a photo and gave up . I equaly spent my time waiting for another contactor who wad very pofessionsal . He. Brought a booket with his name on it and buiness . I mean i didnot worry sbout the identification part as he said he was the owner and because i have non working computer he was willing to send the quote via us mail . With the rising cost of gas and increase postsge i think i need to hire sonrone local . Thank you very much"

"Contacted Juan and he called me right away and came out for an estimate. Gave a great price for replacing the entire ceiling, cut out holes for existing recessed lighting, and replaced the drywall where my skylights had been replaced. The crew was very professional, neat, and the finished product was excellent. Communication for times to perform the work was great and they stuck to the schedule."

"Joe Sullivan's painting did our office and hall columns and the results were great.  We had them come back to paint a ceiling that was water stained over the winter and weeks later the stain cannot be seen.  Both times Joe was responsive via email and fit the jobs into very specific days that we needed.  They might not be the least expensive around but you get what you pay for.  We will be calling Joe again whenever our next project comes up."

"After seeing Merryfields on Angies list, I asked a few people about them.  Everyone gave them rave reviews.  I left an email and got a call the next day from Lew Merryfield, the owner.  He came out personally to give us an estimate.  He was punctual and very professional.  He also was very knowledgable and had answers for my questions. We agreed on a price and set the date for the work to be done.  He did want to be sure that someone would be there in case there were any questions.  I took the day off to get th work done.  Rain pushed the time back to the afternoon, but Lew Merryfield kept me informed.  And I was able to get in part of a day at work.  He and his crew arrived at 1 pm; and  after telling his forman what was to be done, and walking him around the building, he helped the men out for a while and then had to leave.  The men were very nice.  I had a couple things to point out but there was no problem getting anything done. They were just as polite and nice as could be. And they cleaned everything up before they left.  They were done just before 5.  The foreman walked me around the house to make sure everything was the way I wanted it.  And answered a few more questions.  I would highly recommend them for any job.  In this day finding workmen like Lew and his crew is rare.  Thanks to you all for a job well done."

"Montco Fence did a great job. The installers were very professional and did exceptional work. The office staff is terrible, they didn't bother to call when they needed to reschedule due to weather and whenever I called they wouldn't call back. But don't let the lousy office deter you, the installers and quality of the work were well worth the hassle. I had a minor issue with the gates and (once I spoke to the office) the installers returned within 24 hours and fixed the issue."
