He went above and beyond as the job was more involved because I didn't understand the complexity of bathroom ceiling fans ( I thought it was a simple exchange when it was the newer model of the existing model) He was so kind, professional and did a great job! I am an owner operated carpentry and maintenance service with 35 years of knowledge and experience. I work inside and outside. Working on any building from top to bottom. I have built new homes and remodeled all rooms in old homes. I build, install, patch, paint and fix most anything.
"Darin from House & Home contracted with us for a project which was a fairly small job at the beginning. My dental office Signature Smile Designs in both Bradford and Smethport was sorely in need of repainting of ramps and strengthening of those ramps. Darin was respectful and worked ho*** ** that early project. The results were very good. Because of the result, I expanded the entire project especially in Bradford. He has maintained his respect and poise through this challenging renovation of a building built in the 1930’s. He has put in two new bathrooms, a new basement floor, new treatment rooms were updated and much more. He has performed at the highest level! Continuing, he has painted inside, put new cabinets in , and even leveled two very off level floors in two rooms. That project was done with attention to detail and was technically a very difficult task… He got them back to level and we will benefit from his hard work.. I fully endorse and recommend Darin and House & Home!"
