"They clean for me biweekly, and do a very good job."

"The cost was part of the insurance settlement on the move. Their responsiveness took a while. They repaired the couch that you would not know that there was any damage at all. There was only one worker and it was the owner. He was good. He was fine."

"

Mr. Coleman was very prompt, thorough, and listened carefully to my descriptions of special areas that required spot cleaning; and took care of those areas.

I would definitely use his service again in the future.

"Carpet cleaning went very well. The tech was knowledgeable, professional, and on time. He showed us the grime in the carpet, and treated a few extra spots we hadn't noticed and didn't charge us extra. There was one small mark left on carpet on the stairs from a missed spot, but it wasn't so bad that we complained [especially because we were planning on taking carpet up anyway and just wanted them cleaned before our baby arrived]. the carpets looked much cleaner than we thought they would, so we would use the service again if we had any carpets left.
air duct cleaning went ok. the ducts were noticeably cleaner, and the techs were personable and professional in their explanations and face-face contact. however, after the service we noticed a few problems: they had closed some of the switches so that heat did not blow to our baby's room--could have been a major issue if we hadn't caught it as soon as we did; they failed to patch one of the holes that they made to insert their equipment; they left a mess in our basement [i.e. shards of metal from the air ducts where they drilled]. this might have been the tech, but it was frustrating.
**we used Sears for both of these because we had a groupon**"

"It was very good. They were hardworkers and very honest. I will continue hiring them in the future."

"George saved our rental carpet! The tenant really made a huge mess and we were worried we would have to replace it, not an expense we need right now. The deep stains came out and we should be able to get a few more years out of it. Thanks George!"

"She has worked for me for 19 years in a corporate office environment with security government requirements. She has not only done the scope of work asked of her but she has gone above and beyond. She and her company are the best cleaning folks that I can find."

"They are very respectful when talking on the phone with them. He made me feel comfortable. I will be waiting to have them come clean. I appreciate that they gave me a call back."

"Did such an amazing job with cleaning the couches. I was a little nervous because I didn’t think the stains could be removed but I was wrong, every single stain was removed and my couches look brand new. I will definitely be using their service again in the future."
