Customers should go with me because I'm not fulfilled until the job is 100 percent complete and the customer is satisfied. The past 7 to 8 years I've been working commercial concrete ans plumbing, but have minor experience with just about everything else. I've been working for myself off and on for years and love meeting new people along the way. No job is too small, and I can provide almost ANY service in need. You won't find another handyman/contractor like myself, I've been told I carry a unique style of energy and some customers in the past loved to just converse while watching me work, so don't waste time, give a call!!!

Lawn Care questions, answered by experts

Ultimately, pulling weeds vs. spraying them depends on what’s happening in your yard and your personal preferences. Manual weed removal doesn’t introduce any chemicals into your landscape, targets specific problematic plants, produces immediate results, can be free if you go the DIY route, and is inexpensive with a weed service if you only have a handful of weeds. On the other hand, spraying is often preferable for severe weed infestations and situations involving difficult-to-pull weeds because it treats multiple weeds at once, is usually more effective long-term, is less time-consuming, and costs less when done by a pro.

You can fertilize right after mowing as long as you've collected the clippings. If you leave grass clipping, they can form a mat that prevents the fertilizer from reaching the soil. Plus, grass clippings are rich in nitrogen, so if you leave them and then apply fertilizer, you can end up with too much nitrogen in the soil.

Yes! Fescue grass is a perennial that naturally regrows every spring. That’s why we recommend planting this grass variety in the spring to jump into the ideal growing and regrowing schedule. Keep in mind that fescue grasses thrive in cooler and transitional areas, so some species do best in moderate climates below 90 and above 50 degrees Fahrenheit.

You sure can mow your grass paver driveway–and it’ll look better if you do. Just push your lawnmower across like you would a paver-less lawn. For a really low-maintenance driveway option, you can use pebbles or other small stones between the pavers instead of grass. They’ll still allow rainwater to seep into the ground.

For most people, hiring a lawn care service is well worth the expense. Some homeowners thoroughly enjoy cutting their own lawns, but even so, it’s a time-consuming process and it likely won’t yield professional-looking results. Hiring a lawn mowing company frees up your time, and guarantees that your home looks well maintained and remains healthy year-round. Many lawn care companies also offer services like snow and leaf removal to keep your lawn in tip-top share during the cold-weather months.
