"On Monday, 7/29/19, I met with Phila. Flooring Solutions' Jose Aponte. He expertly measured my third floor, created a detailed floor plan, took pictures of anything that might be problematic for the installers, thoroughly and patiently answered all of my questions and provided an estimate much lower than a previous "big box" quote. On Friday, 8/2. his very young, but very competent crew arrived and worked almost without a break to install the laminate flooring in two bedrooms and a hallway. Mr. Aponte stopped in to check on the "guys" and to leave care guidance for the floor. When the installation was completed the floors looked amazing. I am extremely pleased to recommend this company most highly."

We get a text message today stating "Just giving you a heads up if we get a lot of rain with the hurricane this weekend and I might not be able to do your floor. I do all water damage flood work." We answered this text with that we have been scheduled so that should take priority. He never responded! Now we are in a position that we have to try to find someone we can count on to do the floors with just 4 days notice! This is the most ignorant and irresponsible situation I have ever had to deal with a contractor. I am beyond disgusted at the audacity, knowing that we have been scheduled for two weeks already!"
