We went in August to have our basement floor redone. The floor we had ordered took 6 weeks to be delivered. Then when the installer came it was defective. New floor was ordered. Again with significant delay. And a second time was defective. We ordered a differerent type of floor then - after calling more than 8 times , 3 visits to the store they finnaly delivered it - 10 more days after that , with a lot oh phone calls and only 2 visits to the store this time i finnaly got a call back from the installer. Now they are telling me that they actually can not install it because my basement is too moist. Very unprofessionnal, very unreliable service. I am waiting tow more days , if this is not resolved , i am returning their material .

There were some initial problems, but the supervisor came out and corrected them to our satisfaction. We thought their prices were good and the supplies were of a good quality. We are very pleased with the final product.

The exhaust piping for the water heater was installed wrong, and someone had to come back to fix it. When the motor would turn on, the pipe would come out because of the vibrations, expressing carbon monoxide fumes into the basement. Home Depot was very good about taking fault, and gave us financial remediation for our troubles.

CABINETS NOT UP TO QUALITY GRADE & HUNG IMPROPERLY. POOR MEASUREMENTS TAKEN. IMPROPER OR DENTED COUNTERTOPS. SLOPPY INSTALLATION OF APPLIANCES.

THE FOLKS AT HOME DEPOT WE VERY HELPFUL AS WE PURCHASED OUR NEW PATIO SET. THE LOOKED UP THE AVAILABILITY OF THE SET WE WANTED AND THEY WERE VERY GOOD ABOUT HELPING MY HUSBAND LOAD THE CAR. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP AND THE SALESMAN WERE VERY POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.
