"Thanks for the review Mr. [Member Name Removed], glad we could accommodate your flooring needs!"
They arrived the next day removed the rugs (moved furniture to accomplish) in about 2 hours. They bundled the old rugs and placed on the curb for trash pickup. They cleaned up. The installation of the new rugs took longer than we anticipated (10 days). We contacted them for the status. They had to order the rugs and schedule a crew to install. The installation was fine and we are happy with the end product.
"Thanks for the review [removed member name]. I apologize the carpet took a little longer than expected for it to be installed. I'm glad everything worked out in the end, and you were happy with the installation. Let us know if you need anything else in the future."
