"High level of professionalism. Took pride in the work which showed in the final product;the project mostly involved vinyl siding. Took time to listen and recommend options that suited our needs. Price was excellent and quality of the work was top notch. Did not expect to have so many options; went into the project to do siding but found that other needed projects could be incorporated without blowing budget. Had windows replaced, new gutters and even new exterior light fixtures (pretty much had about three major projects completed). The team showed up on time, cleaned up after and completed the work in a reasonable timeframe."

"He took an old, antique rocking chair that most people would have thrown away and completely restored it to it's original beauty. My 82 year old mother said "that's what it originally looked like". when she saw it. Beautiful work for a fair price. I will use him again."

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

No, stock tank pools do not get too hot, even when they are set up in a sunny location. Many stock pools are made with galvanized steel and are designed not to get too hot to touch. When your pool is full of water, it is less likely to get hot. The water might be warmer than it would be in an above-ground pool, but it will not be uncomfortable.

If you have kids and want to be extra cautious about the temperature of the stock tank, you may want to set up an umbrella for shade over the pool area.

You can place many materials under a pool to level it, including sand, concrete, solid foam, pavers, or finely crushed gravel. You can also use a tamper or roller to level ground without using a shovel to dig. No matter the material, make sure to level the ground with sand first for a smooth, even surface for the pool to sit on.

In-ground pools are more durable and have a longer lifespan, but aboveground pools are an excellent option for homeowners on a budget. Aboveground pools are also easier to remove if you no longer want to maintain one.

The cost of an aboveground pool is $800 to $5,000 for materials and $1,000 to $3,000 for labor. Before deciding, weigh the pros and cons of each pool.

Permits are generally required to build an in-ground swimming pool. These permits cover aspects like zoning, safety fencing, and electrical work. Obtaining the correct permits involves coordination with local building authorities.

Detecting a leak in your pool costs about $300 on average. The price ranges widely from low $100 up to $1,000. Here are the costs involved in leak detection services for your pool:

  • Pool inspection: $125–$250

  • Above ground pool leak detection: $100–$700

  • Inground pool leak detection: $400–1,000

  • Vinyl liner repair: $350–$3,600

  • Fiberglass lining repair: $300–$400

  • Concrete liner repair: $75 per linear foot

  • Pressure test pool lines: $200–$500

  • Skimmer repair: $100–$250

  • Main drain repair: $400–$700

  • Pump repair: $50–$300

  • Tile repair: $20-$30 per linear foot
