"Fabulous group. We have been using them since we moved here ten years ago. My mom uses them in Beaver. We have an agreement. They come in the summer and winter. They are always wonderful. Last fall they check the furnace. They cleaned out the air conditioning unit. They put the cover on it. They were amazing. They are always wonderful. I like the fact that my mom is ninety two, and they do not take an advantage of her. When she has a problem, they will come and take care of her. She has used them for many years. I use them for services, but my mom will call them, and they will come out the same day. When they call you that they are on their way, they are on their way. Mike said they are always nice. They put on those booties on, they don't get anything on the carpet. They cleaned up after themselves. Everyone we have had here is wonderful."

"Dave answered my call and we scheduled an appointment for him to come out and see if he could troubleshoot the breaker issue I was having. Dave and his helper, Sam, arrived on time and went right to work. They tested the circuit and pulled out the breaker in the panel to inspect it and removed the 4 plugs on the circuit to inspect the wiring. They ended up re-wiring two of the plugs including the GFI plug and determined that the way they were wired could have been causing the breaker to trip. They finished in about an hour and Dave even followed up the next day to see if the breaker had tripped. It has not so issue resolved. I would highly recommend Dave's electric and will definitely be using them in the future. Very professional and very reasonable rates.

"Services performed 06/13/2020. Early on a Saturday there was no heat in master bath sink hot water and we assumed it was the water heater. Bucci & son (the son & his helper to be exact) had been out to clean our drains two days earlier on 06/11/2020 (see my separate review for that) and we were so pleased I called them again thinking the thermostat on the water heater was bad because it was a relatively new water heater. It was a Saturday but Bob again sent his son that afternoon. It turns out he traced it to a minor problem at the sink and refused to charge me or take payment of any type. It has been a long time since I have experienced this type of quality customer service that used to be standard business practice and wanted to Bob, his Son & their Helper know how appreciated it is. I will refer them whenever possible and will request their services in the future when needed."
