Came out to house but never submitted a quote. I called twice, a girl called me twice to say a quote will be coming but could not provide me a timeline. After 3 weeks still not quote, so I hired someone else. Never got an explanation.

I have nothing but good things to say about the service Ed and Justin provided. While it was certainly a costly project, I rest very comfortably knowing things were done right. Ed is clearly an expert and was very willing to share his opinions and advice on the best way to accomplish what ended up being an almost entire house rewire. We took the opportunity to add many new outlets and fixtures. The prices for the work were reasonable. Three months has passed since completion and we have been very happy with the results. These guys do it right. Worth the premium you pay over someone else that might not be as expert or honest. I will use these guys from here forward, no question.

Everything was working well. We did not have any problems. They were very responsive, they were here promptly. They left the area clean, they cleaned up after themselves well.

Brad, Ed and the entire crew were a joy to work with.  They were professional, courteous, thoughtful and respectful.  This was a HUGE job on an old house.  They did minimal damage to ceilings when running new wire.  It took close to month of working 3,4 days a week.  They always notified me if they needed to reschedule due to someone having an emergency.  I'm pretty relaxed about those things as long as I don't feel that I'm being taken advantage of, and I never felt that way.  They cleaned up each and every day after themselves.  I've since had them do small jobs and am thrilled to have a company that I can trust and always rely on.  When I was getting estimates for this job, several companies didn't listen to what I wanted done, and told me what I "needed" to have done - actually they were telling me what they did and didn't want to do.  I knew what needed done and Brad listened to me and addressed all my concerns.  I know this was a difficult job, mainly because when the house was built they used more than enough 2x4's of hardwood from this property to reinforce walls and ceilings.  To quote Brad, "This house will never blow down!".  Great job guys!

The job requested was preformed satisfactorily, along with other small jobs around the home.  But now, two years later, after the warranty expired, the outdoor outlet box has come out from the wall and is not functioning.

They were already on Angie's List. I have used them before. The man that came and gave me the estimate was very nice. The first time he came out he said that it would be $150, plus whatever the materials would be. I had a light problem. I have the lights that are on bars. He said that I would be getting something in my email and I waited three weeks and nothing. I finally got a callback and they were very apologetic and they said that he had to go to the hospital. She sent someone else and he finally came and then I had to buy all of the materials. The estimate had gone up. It went from $150 to $225. I went out and spent $200 on materials. It seemed like there was a lot of mix-up. If this man went to the hospital, they should have called everyone up. I told them that I wasn't happy and they said they would fix it. When I got my bill, they hadn't changed anything, it was $75 more than the estimate. He was here for about two or three hours. He did a great job and he apologized. Would I use them again? I don't think so. I would get the estimate in writing. They did an excellent job when it was done. They showed up early and they were very professional.

They were very good.  They were done in an hour.  They left the area very clean.  I will definitely recommend them.

Electrician arrived on time and was friendly.  Got straight to work recognizing I had other things to do.  Informed me of progress and was fast and efficient while working.  Would use again for electrical needs.

I contacted the company and set up a free estimate.  An electrician arrived and I walked him through everything that i wanted done.  I was told that he would go back to his office and send me an estimate via email.  Two weeks went by and i never received the estimate.  I contacted the office again and asked about the estimate.  I confirmed that the email they had on file was correct and that she would contact the electrician again and inquire about the estimate.  Once again i never heard back from them.

The service worked out great. There was an additional cost on top of the $99 Big Deal, but I had them do some extra work outside the original scope of the job. I really do not have any dislike. They did a great job. I would say that they are very professional as my main like. I did not have any issues since they put in the fans and lights. The price can always be cheaper in my opinion. The quality of service was excellent.

They explained the process in terms I could understand and gave many viable options. That is more than I expected from the guys. I hired them for the job.
