I informed him that I believed there was still a slight lip in the floor and that I was concerned that it would continue to present as a trip hazard. I hated to ask that he reduce it down more but Gary agreed with no hesitation. A short while later, Gary asked that I come down and view the work again--it looked great! Admittedly, I was so pleased that shortly after Jeff and Gary left, I texted a picture of the work to my wife, mom, and dad.
