"I had a Shearling Suede Jacket of the highest quality. My daughter's cat had a UTI infection and pee'd all over it! It was smelly and badly damaged. I wasn't sure it could be cleaned especially back to its like new condition. I sent it UPS from the bay area to Premier Leather care. It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material. I would recommend this business"

"Carpet looked great after cleaning. My bathroom rug is an off white burber that was very dirty since my husband doesn't know how to remove his boots. The carpet looked brand new. My other carpets are darker so you really didn't notice how clean on them, but I would imagine that since the bathroom came out so well, the other carpets were just as great.
The men who performed the service were very nice and courteous.

"They promptly contacted us to schedule. The contractors came in the time frame given. They got right to work and dud a great job removing stains from cream and natural colored furniture. Everything looks great. The final amount was higher than the initial quote but I got additional services and the end result was worth every penny."
