The cleaning itself was great, really top-notch. Getting ahold of Ashley for anything (schedule change, additional cleaning, etc.) was impossible. I tried calling and emailing multiple times over 2 years. Responses were rare, and if they occurred it was generally so delayed that it no longer mattered. We have decided to change providers due to this issue.

I was extremely happy with Lima’s. After using different companies to clean a messy rental property and not having much luck in the past, I cannot believe how good of a job Limas did. The price was fair, but the cleaning and superior service was well worth the cost. I highly recommend and will use them exclusively going forward.

They were amazing! Spent 5+ hours at the house doing a deep clean before we moved in. The fridge and stove look brand new! Can't wait to hire them again for a monthly/quarterly house cleaning. Would highly recommend!

The service was great. The owner took the time to explain everything prior to the crew coming. The ladies that came were wonderful. The language barrier was a little hard, but they knew exactly what they needed to do and got it done. They were thorough and never stopped working. I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for, and even though the price was little more than I would have liked to spend, the services were worth every penny. I will definitely use them in the future.

We have been using Lima for about one year now. They are bonded and insured, which is very important to us. They are reliable and do a good job. On the two occasions where something was missed, the corrected it immediately and offered a discount. Also on two occasions we had to reschedule and they were very flexible to ensure our house would be cleaned.

This was a wonderful experience and one I expect to repeat monthly from now on. The service was recommended by a friend who had used their service. All contact was professional and exceptional: easy to make an appointment for an estimate, quick turnaround for a cleaning appointment, timely arrival of the team, thorough cleaning done quietly and without question by experienced and pleasant professionals. They even did the windows! They even cleaned the baseboards! They even vacuumed the upholstered furniture! They trapped previously unnoticed ceiling-high cobwebs! This was so great. I can highly recommend them.

Lima's did a "deep clean" from ceilings and light fixtures to pulling hundreds of books off shelves to dust behind, and everything in between. They were very professional, accommodating to specific requests, and did an EXCELLENT job. Would hire again and have already recommended to friends. Staff was also incredibly nice!
