Everything is working again!  The rate was fine!

They do a good job. I spent about $40 to change some locks for me and made new keys for them. They do it while you wait. They do a lot of things like sell safes and sell locks. Its a small business and I would recommend them.

I was stunned at the responsiveness of this vendor. I called and they answered the phone on the second ring. The person I needed was not available, but they called me back in about 30 minutes. They arranged for someone to come out the same day! The technician called me from his previous job to provide me with an ETA. He arrived within 5 minutes of his ETA. The tech was polite, informative and clearly quite knowledgeable. He was done much more quickly than I expected. The whole experience, including the price, was great! I would call Duty's again, in a heartbeat, if I needed similar services in the future.

i called a little after 3 pm today and explained to the lady at Duty's my problem with the lock on my front door. She said that she was full tomorrow but if something came open she would call me, otherwise she would call me on Monday. Well at about 3:44 pm she called me and ask if i was home and of course i was and she ask if the repairmen could stop by now, i said yes. So about 20 mins later they were here and they did a fantastic job, They looked at the lock, explained to me what was wrong and that they would have to replace it. They were very professional and very quick at replacing the lock. I am so happy that they were able to come by today and fix my problem. I will differently use this company again and i highly recommend them. Great job guys.

I was very pleased with their work. The repairman that came to my home was very pleasant and did his work in a very professional manner. He came to my home at the time Duty's said they would come. His work was excellent, and he cleaned up afterwards. I felt that the price they charged me for new parts and labor was very reasonable. I was highly satisfied with Duty's Lock and will be sure to call them again whenever I am in need of a professional locksmith.

He was fantastic, professional, tried to save me money by offering the solution with the back door, was efficient, cleaned up after himself and explained what he was doing every step of the way.

He came real fast, did a nice job, and we appreciate that. We had no problem, he immediately did his job and it was great. Their price was reasonable. His response was immediate and everything was good.

I called in the morning and they were able to make an appt for that afternoon. Showed up on time, fixed the lock on my front door, cleaned up after himself and charged a fair price for the service. I would use them again and definitely recommend them.

Just purchased home and wanted locks changed on day of settlement. They showed up on time and with the right equipment. They were able to rekey all the deadbolts and provide the number of keys requested. The locksmith also rekeyed the two storm door locks even though that was not part of the original request.

Everything went very well- The locksmith did a great job and explained the different options to accommodate out 87 year old door.

Very knowledgeable - professional - polite - highly recommend their business - excellent service from all, the staff in their store to the installer.

Very good experience. My call was answered by a real person and I was able to schedule a work date at my convenience. The locksmith was knowledgeable and gave me a good overview of the different types of lock hardware on the doors. A few of the doors were not in good shape and they needed to disassemble and fix the hardware for everything to work properly. I will use them again when it comes to installing new hardware.
