My experience started with Carlie contacting us within hours from our search and helping to quote our project. She worked with me on pricing and understanding everything. Finally window cleaning day came and it was like Christmas. I was so excited. Jordan arrived at 7:30 AM and he worked non stop, quietly, perfectly cleaning all our windows until 5:30 PM that night. I had asked for inside, outside, screens and sills to be cleaned. He was fantastic. Our windows look absolutely amazing. He also was very attentive to my husbands work schedule and when he could clean the office windows and worked around his schedule for those windows. Meaning, he couldn’t clean those in the order he probably wanted to, but was super accommodating about it. Again, he was quiet, polite, understanding to the chaos with all our pets and lastly, never spilled a drop or any water. He had a large bucket that he would fill with hot water and his solutions and used our utility sinks for filling and dumping and there was nothing wet, spilled or splashed. Much better than anything I could have ever done. We are very please and highly recommend. And I will 100% be calling to have them come back next year around the same time! The best part…every year for Thanksgiving we gather for a mid day Thanksgiving meal with all the family. We can watch the sun set from our dining room. "When making my appointment, I was given the window of 12 PM - 5 PM for a technician to arrive. Joe P. came at exactly 12 PM on the specified day. There was a bit of a conflict on the invoice he brought over that was resolved easily. I was quoted the price of $99 when making the appointment not the $189 on the invoice. Joe P. was very courteous, professional, and thorough. We even had a few laughs when comparing the breed dogs we own- Weimaraners! His dog was just as goofy as mine which is one of their traits. When Joe left, he made sure that my property was free of dirt and debris from cleaning the gutters. So, hats off to Joe and the company he represents, PJ Fitzpatrick. Although the project says gutter "repair," it was actually for a cleaning. Cleaning wasn't one of the options from which to choose."
