"I seldom give out 5 stars but he really went above and beyond the call of duty. I had 8 windows where I needed curtain rod base plates properly fixed to the walls. I live in a manufactured home, so the studs are wherever the builders felt like placing them. And then there's the drywall. Well it took the 2 of them 2 hours for that project with a few bumps along the way but the result was great. Would definitely hire him again. Also the price was great, and no hidden or extra charges. It was exactly the quoted estimate. Thx"

"The crew showed up on time and we discussed what they were going to do.  I asked one of them (sorry, forgot his name) if
he could fix several small pavers on the perimeter of the patio that had settle more than others.  Although this was not part
of the contract he said it would be no problem.  As it turned out, he actually fixed quite a few more of the perimeter pavers 
than I had asked him to do.  I appreciated that very much.  Overall, very satisfied with the outcome."

"This company was a pleasure to deal with from the initial inspection and estimate to the finish with a dry basement. It absolutely poured the next week and the basement stayed bone dry. All members of the crew were respectful, were aware of Covid safety,, and actually finished the job, including installing a French drain and sump pump, as well as reposting the crumbling walls, ahead of schedule. "Was unable to get a window for installation, I was concerned as I wanted to dovetail this project in with other projects I had planned. Brian , the owner informed me of a possibility of late June install, I asked if he could offer a 2 week window in the future so that I could contact my other contractors to arrange their work before and after this window. I was informed that due to the nature of the business this was impossible. I was uncomfortable with that and contacted Angie's list for a refund , I received one voice mail from someone , I see that purchase has been removed from my purchase history but I received no official notification of an adjustment. I am sure Mr Hoffman does excellent work, given the time constraints of the offer and the other projects I wanted to have planned I asked for a refund My main concern is with Angies List business model now 1. Why did the chat function mysteriously disappear after I requested a refund? 2. Why was the purchase removed from my history with no refund issued? 3. When will I get confirmation of my refund ?"

"They actually put carbon fiber strips to reinforce the wrong wall in my basement. They did come back and make it right at their own expense. They finished a few hours before my settelment however all ended well."
