Robert Horne's office called me right away and came out to our home and gave us a "reasonable" estimate. He sent me an estimate for the work to be done within 24 hours. He did an "excellent" job installing our new floating floor and cleaned up after he was done. If we need any contracting needs in the future I would "definitely" use them again. We had an electric tool which my husband had used to remove grout successfully in other rooms. Unfortunately the tile in our bathroom was ceramic tile that could not withstand the vibration of the tool without chipping.We talked about removing the tile and putting in new,but we asked them to just try removing the grout first, They did it BY HAND. It took all day but they were successful. The next day it was sealed, and the floor looks like new!"
