"This is the second time I’ve used Advanced for my basement waterproofing needs and they were again fantastic. Work was done well and it was easy to schedule. They are low pressure so if you have a project and just need to get an opinion, reach out to them. Chris is great and very attentive and helpful. Both of my waterproofing jobs still cost less the the initial job from one of the big companies, so I was really pleased with their work and price. They did a nice job cleaning up (but concrete dust gets everywhere so I still have work to do). Highly recommend!!!! I also live in a township with strict permit codes and they knew to check and help with that process (the other company did not)."

"We had our basement waterproofed by Baker's. It's been bone-dry since. We did have one piece of equipment fail within a month of the installation, but it was a third party dehumidifier that was just a dud I guess, no fault of Baker's. I texted the project manager about it on a Sunday. I expected a response the following week. He got back to me within the hour. The equipment was removed and replaced within a couple days. Everything great since. I would highly recommend Baker's, but specifically our project manager Nathan Goddard and the head guy on site Daylan. Can't remember his last name, but he's got a long beard and did a great job. Thanks to both of them and the rest of the guys."

Harry came the next day to meet with me after I called them and went over everything that needed to be done! If I didn’t understand something, Harry took the time to explain it to me! "Juan and Gabrielle did an amazing job removing our old tile from our house. They finished the whole job in two days. They were very efficient and knew what they were doing. They removed approximately 650 square feet tile from our floors. They also moved washer, dryer and removed toilet/faucet to do underneath. My husband and I am very satisfied with the job they have done and we def recommend Pineda to anybody in need of floor work. We would probably hire them again for our upstairs floors."
