"I had water coming up from the ground next to my water well (private system), and I was not sure why or what the problem was. Gardell came to my house, on time, and analyzed the problem. He felt confident that the problem was with the elbow joint going from the pump to the pipe. He gave me a reasonable estimate with a good price range (low-high). He told me several times that it would not go over the top price of the estimated range. I do not like when contractors give an estimate and then go well above their estimate. I have gone through that before, but not with Gardell! His professionalism is outstanding, and he is a very friendly guy. The day of the repair, he came, again on time, and dug up the ground by hand to find the problem, and it was exactly what he thought: the elbow was not holding up well, as it was plastic instead of steel. He replaced it, and now it works better than before, and the water pressure is so much better than it was. He saved me so much money over what the competitor wanted to charge me. He also replaced the non-functional spicket in the front of my house including a water shut-off valve. I have a small budget and his prices are very reasonable. As a final note, he came prepared with booties to wear over his shoes, so he would not get my floors dirty when he came inside.
